[¶ 1] Jennifer Bitz appealed from a criminal judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding her guilty of driving while under the influence of drugs, arguing there was insufficient evidence to support her conviction and the district court erred in denying her motion for judgment of acquittal. We affirm, holding a rational fact-finder could have found Bitz guilty beyond a reasonable doubt....
