KAPSNER, Justice.

[¶ 1] Roland Riemers appeals the district court's grant of default judgment against him. We affirm the judgment.

[¶ 2] In 2006, the Grand Forks Herald listed a classified advertisement for an apartment which included the words "No HAP."
