Donte Macon ("defendant") appeals from the judgment entered after a Vance County jury found him guilty of carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a firearm by a felon. Defendant argues that the trial court erred in admitting in-court identifications by two police officers whose testimony was tainted by impermissibly suggestive out-of-court identification procedures.
