Respondent New Hanover County Board of Education ("the Board") appeals from an order reversing the Board's decision not to renew the contract of petitioner Tiffany N. Tobe-Williams. We conclude that the process employed by the Board in reaching its decision violated Ms. Tobe-Williams' procedural rights under N.C. Gen.Stat. § 115C-287.1(d) (2013) and under N.C. Gen.Stat. § 115C-325(b) (2013) when it based its decision not to renew Ms. Tobe-Williams...
