Defendant Sabur Rashid Allah appeals from judgments sentencing him to 51 to 71 months imprisonment based upon his conviction for first degree burglary and to a consecutive term of 13 to 16 months imprisonment, which the trial court suspended for 24 months on the condition that Defendant be placed on supervised probation and comply with certain terms and conditions, based upon his convictions for felonious restraint and communicating threats.
