BRYANT, Judge.

Where the trial court lacked jurisdiction to extend defendant's period of probation, we arrest judgment and vacate the order modifying probation and imposing sentence.

On 21 July 2008, defendant pled guilty to six counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle and, in a consolidated judgment, was sentenced to two consecutive terms of six to eight months each. Both sentences were then suspended, resulting in a split sentence of thirty days imprisonment...
