Defendant Carlos Jerome Gordon appeals his conviction of common law robbery and assault on a female. We find no error.

The evidence at trial tended to show that on or about 18 July 2009 in mid-afternoon, Patricia Jackson was in the Mooresville Wal-Mart parking lot, loading groceries into her vehicle.
