Cathy Fox ("plaintiff") appeals from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of PGML, LLC, and the Estate of Gary Lee Tomasulo ("Tomasulo"), by and through its executrix, Marie Tomasulo1 (collectively "defendants"). We reverse and remand.
