He argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss the charges against him because there was insufficient evidence that he acted in concert with Ray Stimpson, defendant's cousin, to commit armed robbery and kidnapping, as well as insufficient evidence as to one of the counts of armed robbery.
