McCULLOUGH, Judge.

Preston R. Jones ("defendant") appeals from a judgment of the trial court revoking his probation and activating his sentence. We affirm and remand for correction of clerical errors.

I. Background

On 15 December 2011, defendant pled guilty to the charge of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. Pursuant to the plea arrangement, defendant was sentenced to 20 to 33 months' imprisonment, suspended for 36 months...
