This is a wrongful death action arising from the electrocution of Charles Leamon Thorpe ("Thorpe") while he was building a pier in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. The administrators of Thorpe's estate, Charles Lester Thorpe and Mary Louise Thorpe ("Plaintiffs"), appeal from the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of all defendants.
