In this case, we consider whether the Court of Appeals correctly held that the trial court committed plain error when it admitted conclusory expert testimony on whether the juvenile victim had been sexually abused. The Court of Appeals found plain error and reversed defendant's convictions, concluding that "it [was] highly plausible that the jury could have reached a different result" absent the expert testimony.
