Defendant Demario Jaquinta Rollins appeals from his conviction of second degree murder. Defendant, who had no license, collided with the victim's car during the course of a high speed chase by police. On appeal, defendant primarily argues that the State presented insufficient evidence of malice and, therefore, defendant could not be convicted of second degree murder.
