Troy and Judy Reed ("Defendants") and Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., ("Plaintiff") appeal the trial court's order granting Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment, in part, and denying Defendants' motion for summary judgment. After careful review, we conclude that Plaintiff's appeal is not properly before this Court; therefore, we dismiss Plaintiff's appeal.
