Defendant Michael Raus appeals the trial court's order requiring specific performance of the separation agreement he entered into with plaintiff Simone Praver. Mr. Raus contends on appeal that the trial court's findings of fact are inadequate to support its order of specific performance in that the trial court made no finding that Ms. Praver's remedies at law were inadequate. Mr. Raus has failed to distinguish between the order's requirement
