Robert S. Clements ("plaintiff") has filed a motion to dismiss with our Court arguing that the order from which Donna G. Clements ("defendant") is appealing is interlocutory and does not affect a substantial right. Specifically, plaintiff contends the issue of child support should be addressed by the Clerk of Superior Court of New Hanover County, North Carolina, (the "Clerk") and not the district court.
