On 17 October 2009, Odell D. Williamson and LaDane Williamson (petitioners), as trustees of Odell Williamson and Virginia C. Williamson, filed a petition in superior court to resolve a boundary dispute. This dispute was with Long Leaf Pine, LLC, and Exum Family, LLC (respondents).
