Defendant Harish Purushottamdas Patel appeals from his conviction of first degree murder. Defendant primarily argues on appeal that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss on the ground of insufficient evidence. When, however, all of the evidence is viewed in the light most favorable to the State, as required by the standard of review, there is sufficient evidence to allow a jury to find that defendant was the perpetrator of the offense...
