STROUD, Judge.

On 27 April 2007, defendant was arrested for driving while impaired and possession of marijuana. He was later charged with driving while license revoked, habitual impaired driving, and being a habitual felon. On 8 March 2010 at the start of his trial on these charges, defendant pled guilty to the charge of driving while license revoked. Following the trial on the remaining charges, on 9 March 2010, the jury returned verdicts finding defendant not guilty...
