Defendant Elrita Ann McNeill (defendant McNeill) appeals from an order of summary judgment for defendant, Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company (defendant Penn National), ordering that defendant McNeill was entitled to only $100,000.00 in uninsured motorist coverage (UIM) as opposed to the $1,000,000.00 that is the upper limit of N.C.
