Plaintiffs Johnny and Sarah Williams appeal from a trial court order granting summary judgment in favor of Defendant Houses of Distinction, Inc. After careful consideration of Plaintiffs' challenges to the trial court's decision in light of the record and applicable law, we conclude that the trial court's order should be affirmed in part and reversed in part and that this case should be remanded to the Superior Court of Brunswick County for further proceedings...
