Inland American Winston Hotels, Inc., ("plaintiff Inland") appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of Kenneth R. Crockett and Robert W. Winston, III (referred to collectively as "defendants"). As there were no genuine issues of material fact and defendants were entitled to relief as a matter of law, we affirm the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants, denying plaintiff Inland's motion for summary judgment...
