Plaintiffs Roger Sutton and Terri Sutton (the "Suttons") appeal from orders granting summary judgment as to all defendants. In their complaint, the Suttons alleged fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices in connection with their purchase of a house owned by defendants Henry L.
