Mark Monroe Cheek (plaintiff) and Sandra Gregory Cheek (defendant) were granted a divorce judgment on 27 June 2007. An equitable distribution order1 was entered on 18 December 2009 providing for an equal distribution of marital and divisible property. That order included a number of assets, including the marital home, vehicles, and bank and retirement accounts.
