Defendant BNP Paribas S.A. ("BNPP France") moved to dismiss claims asserted against it by plaintiff Speedway Motorsports International Ltd. ("SMIL") on the grounds that SMIL was bound by a forum selection clause requiring that all litigation take place in Geneva, Switzerland.
