Because the unchallenged findings of fact indicate that defendant was not under the influence of any impairing substance and answered questions appropriately at the time of his confession, the fact that defendant ingested "crack" cocaine several hours prior to his confession is not sufficient to invalidate a trial court's finding that defendant's statements were freely and voluntarily made.
