Nobles, Jr. (Plaintiff) appeals from an opinion and award of the Full Commission of the North Carolina Industrial Commission (the Commission) awarding him temporary total disability benefits from the date of injury but no further than the date he attained maximum medical improvement. Specifically, Plaintiff challenges the Commission's findings that he unjustifiably refused suitable employment offered by Coastal Power & Electric, Inc....
