CALABRIA, Judge.

Victorious Rone ("Rone"), by and through his grandparents and legal guardians Ardeal Roseboro ("Mr. Roseboro") and Dianne Roseboro ("Mrs. Roseboro") (collectively "petitioners") appeal the trial court's order affirming the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School Board of Education's ("WSFCS," "the Board," or "respondent") letter opinion of 9 October 2008 assigning Rone to an alternative school for the 2008-09 school year. We reverse and remand.
