Plaintiff Mary S. Johnston appeals from an Opinion and Award entered by Commissioner Laura Kranifeld Mavretic on behalf of the Industrial Commission which denied and dismissed Plaintiff's claim for workers' compensation benefits because the Commission lacked jurisdiction over that claim.
