Where there were no allegations of dependency as a ground for termination, no allegation that respondent-mother's substance abuse and mental health issues resulted in a diminished capacity or rendered her incompetent to participate in the proceedings, and nothing in the proceedings raised a question regarding respondent-mother's competency, the trial court did not abuse its discretion by not appointing respondent-mother a guardian ad litem sua sponte...
