This appeal stems from Doris-Marie Martin's (plaintiff) alimony modification request and subsequent order, entered 21 November 2008, which increased Russell M. Martin's (defendant) alimony obligation to $4,400.00 a month. Plaintiff and defendant were divorced on 1 April 1983.
