I. Facts

Plaintiff Donald Price, Jr. was a 20-year-old1 male who began working as a cook for Defendant Hannah's BBQ on 29 December 2004. Plaintiff was working in that capacity on 16 July 2006 when a co-worker slipped and fell, spilling approximately three gallons of hot grease onto Plaintiff. As a result, Plaintiff suffered burns to his head, left arm, and legs.
