Defendant Anna Marie Thompkins, Executrix of the Estate of Sallie Dye Anthony, appeals from an order awarding summary judgment in favor of the Plaintiff Division of Medical Assistance of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services in the amount of $52,575.14. After careful consideration of Defendant's challenges to the trial court's judgment in light of the record and the applicable law, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
