Defendant was convicted by a jury of first degree murder, discharging a firearm into occupied property, possession of a firearm by a felon, and robbery with a dangerous weapon. Defendant appeals on numerous grounds. For the following reasons, we arrest judgment on defendant's sentence for robbery with a dangerous weapon, remand as to defendant's judgment for discharging a firearm into occupied property for correction of a clerical error, and otherwise...
