Employer Verizon Wireless and insurance carrier Sedgwick CMS, collectively defendants, appeal from an Opinion and Award entered by the North Carolina Industrial Commission granting plaintiff employee Sheryl Boylan an award for a compensable injury. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm in part and dismiss in part.
