Levall Derayle Davis (defendant) was convicted by a jury of felonious possession of stolen goods for possessing a DVD player belonging to Mr. Kevin Davis (Kevin). He was sentenced to six to eight months in the custody of the Department of Corrections. Defendant appeals his conviction. For the reasons stated below, we hold that defendant received a trial free from error.
