In this action for medical malpractice, plaintiff alleged that she sustained injuries as a result of medical care provided by Dr. Jack Bowling, Jr. Because plaintiff did not allege that her complaint had been reviewed by a qualified expert witness prior to filing suit, and because we hold her complaint did not allege facts sufficient to invoke the doctrine of res ipsa loquitur, we affirm the trial court's grant of summary judgment...
