CALABRIA, Judge.

Mary Alma Allen ("defendant") appeals a judgment entered on a guilty plea of habitual impaired driving. We affirm.

At approximately 3:30 a.m., on 17 December 2006, the local emergency dispatcher received a call that there had been an assault at the Budget Inn on North Madison Boulevard in Roxboro.
