STROUD, Judge.
Defendant appeals from judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict finding him guilty of first degree murder. The dispositive question before this Court is whether evidence that the murder weapon was owned by defendant and was found in his possession three days after the murder, along with evidence pointing to defendant's motive and opportunity, is sufficient to sustain a conviction for first degree murder as to the identity of the perpetrator.
