Defendants Petsmart, Inc. and St. Paul Travelers appeal from an Opinion and Award entered 22 May 2008 in the North Carolina Industrial Commission which denied plaintiff Anita Biggerstaff's claim of injury to her back but awarded total disability compensation at a weekly rate of $730.00 for Biggerstaff's claim of bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome arising out of the course of her employment.
