Where the evidence did not support a jury instruction on the affirmative defense of entrapment, the trial court did not err in refusing to instruct the jury on that defense. It was not error for the trial court to admit into evidence the indictments from prior convictions during defendant's habitual felon trial. Where any alleged errors by the trial court in the calculation of defendant's prior record level were harmless, a new sentencing hearing...
