Plaintiff Lola Daugherty was employed by Defendant Cherry Hospital as a Health Care Technician on 16 November 1992 when she was attacked by a patient while working in the High Risk Unit. Plaintiff sustained physical injuries to her legs and stomach as a result of the attack.
