Defendant-Appellant Joshua Carlen Moore appeals a jury conviction for voluntary manslaughter. We find no merit in his arguments on appeal.

At trial, the State presented evidence tending to show that on 8 July 2006, Defendant-Appellant Moore, then sixty-four years old, and his wife Carol Moore worked at their produce stand.
