Robert Lee Wooten ("defendant") appeals the Honorable Jay D. Hockenbury's order enrolling defendant in satellite-based monitoring ("SBM") for his natural life pursuant to N.C. Gen.Stat. § 208.40B. We affirm the trial court's order.
