Gary L. Pellom ("plaintiff") and Beverley M. Pellom ("defendant") were married on 30 December 1972 and physically separated on 9 June 2004. A complaint for equitable distribution, inter alia, was filed on 7 February 2005. The parties divorced on 1 September 2005.
