According to the amended complaint filed in this action, plaintiff is an author who has written a book about singer Clay Aiken ("Mr. Aiken"). Most of plaintiff's claims arise out of her publication of a book about Mr. Aiken and her hope to have Mr. Aiken, as well as his mother and close friends, endorse and promote her book. Plaintiff has sued Mr. Aiken and other defendants, on various legal theories, based primarily upon their refusal to endorse her...
