This appeal presents two questions for review: (1) whether the collective knowledge of a group of law enforcement officers may be imputed to the officer who initiates a vehicle search when the officer initiating the search does not testify and there is no evidence that the officer initiating the search was instructed to do so by another officer who had requisite probable cause to search; and (2) whether the trial court must conduct a competency hearing...
