Plaintiff appeals from trial court orders granting defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiff's appeal and granting defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiff's claims. The issues before this Court are whether the trial court erred in (1) granting defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiff's appeal and (2) granting defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiff's claims.
