Deputy Commissioner Myra L. Griffin issued an opinion and award which, inter alia, denied plaintiff's claim for additional benefits. Plaintiff attempted to appeal the opinion and award to the Full Commission, and defendants filed a motion to dismiss the appeal as untimely.
