¶ 1 Jeff Fauque appeals from an order of the First Judicial District Court, Lewis and Clark County, affirming the Final Order of the Montana Public Employees' Retirement Board (PERB) which determined that Fauque is ineligible to receive disability benefits under the Sheriffs' Retirement Systems (SRS) because he failed to establish that he is permanently disabled due to his Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder...
